The service experience is absolutely horrible. After being a Kia owner since 2020 - their service department literally makes me want to sell this car and avoid Kia in the future. Inspections aren’t completed as stated, vehicle returned in a condition that was technically not safe to drive despite being assured it was (later tech admitted there was a major issue), requests to speak to service manager denied, sales staff comes into service waiting area to attempt to sell you new cars. Just ridiculously poor experience all around.

Their service department sucks!!!! Once you’re there you wait forever and you’re never updated about service. Don’t even bother calling for appointment, no one ever answers the phone.

Dealership was not good about getting back to me when the part was received to schedule a appointment, I had to call them the work was good and on time , I elected to get a oil change done with out asking what they charge that was 120 bucks , more than what I would pay for an oil change. Other than that was a good experience .

Me son and daughter in law went to this dealership to purchase a car in July. After going back and forth a bit we finally agreed to a price. We were doing our own financing from our bank. It took 2.5 hrs to get a bill of sale to take to our bank to get a check. After we returned with the check it took another 1.5 to do the final paperwork. Great service. My recent experience with Greenway is by far the best experience i have ever had buying a new car. Great staff, and the salesman actually listened to my needs. Dameion Ison. He made it much easier experience than I've ever had at other dealerships, which speaks volumes of their caliber of service, and care. I feel i got a good deal, and wasn't manipulated into things that I didn't want or need. I left feeling comfortable with my purchase. I highly recommend Greenway KIA.

Tre was amazing! Straight forward and relaxed. He doesn't give you that typical car salesman feeling. He worked with me to get the car I wanted. I could have gone up to Wisconsin and bought the car there. But Tre saved me a trip! The rest of the staff was helpful and kind. I would highly recommend them as it was a great experience.

$300 was offered for my trade in. When I voiced my opinion on how fraudulent it was, the manager told me to leave. When I informed him on how I would spread this information to customer and leave a negative review, he threatened that the police would be called. I went with my elder handicap father so it was just completely unprofessional.

I worked with Virgil, who was very polite and professional on the phone. But the original OTD he emailed me tried to hide the dealer mark up. The dealership, only gets 1 star. This dealer who tries to mark up the cars over MSRP to fake scarcity, claiming they are "hard to find".
They tried to mark up the RIO and then the FORTE. Virgil did tell me upfront that they were going to mark up the Forte, after I told him I would not pay over MSRP. So I appreciate him being honest about that.

I have always had good service when I come here. This time I’d had to have my KIA Soul towed in because of a flashing engine light malfunction. Fortunately, they were able to fix the issue quickly and had a faster turn around than originally told. As I live alone and had some up and coming medical appointments, getting my car back faster than anticipated me very happy.
Alter our Bill of Sale after the deal was completed! In error the bank sent $500 to much to them, that $500 was to purchase my Gap insurance through the bank, once the bank realized it they called rivegate kia to tell them an ask for the money back. However, instead Rivergate Kia decided to change our Bill of Sale adding some kind of $500 extra sent the new bill of sale to the bank and kept our money! After my visit to this establishment I can honestly say I felt like dog fecal matter on the bottom of their shoes.
I have a 2018 Kia Soul! with 61,204 miles on it. I bought it 4 years ago and have had zero issues with it until 2 weeks ago. I was told by this dealership that the engine is blown and needs a new one for $10,000.
There was a warranty on it that expired at 60,000 miles.

They scam you with the diagnostic fee of $199. Charged me to “diagnose” a problem with my steering column when I am the one that told them the issue. Then double dipped and charged me another $199.00 for labor for the same function for a $4.00 part. I have been a 15 year Kua customer who has bought 2 new cars and a used car. I am selling my new 2022 Kua Sportage and will never do business with a Kia dealer again. Hope you enjoy your $199 charge. You have lost a customer.

It took to long to get to financial office. Mr Tim was great however when someone tell you 45 min you expect it to be 45 min not 2 hours

Terrible experience. Barely did the minimum. I have repeatedly asked for basic things, like changing the windshield wipers (which I would gladly pay for) or looking at a warranty-covered repair. Nothing happens. They are friendly. But that's about it. If my car wasn't under warranty, I would never step foot in that place again.
