Dealership was not good about getting back to me when the part was received to schedule a appointment, I had to call them the work was good and on time , I elected to get a oil change done with out asking what they charge that was 120 bucks , more than what I would pay for an oil change. Other than that was a good experience .
The salesman was the best. Going to the finance manager is usually a nightmare but it wasn't and left dealership very satisfied.Tim and especially chis made this the best car buying experience i ever had

I only give it five stars because of your service advisor MACK.I bought my forte 2017 and 2016 brand new I have never had it taken anywhere but Greenway Kia. MACK is very compassionate, loyal, great sense of humor I would never have anybody looking at my car except him. I have left the dealership because he wasn’t there. I’m very disappointed and trying to communicate from my home and call the dealership. I’ve tried three different times using three different extensions at Greenway Kia. All of them just rang and rang no voicemail no answer no nothing ...

He made it much easier experience than I've ever had at other dealerships, which speaks volumes of their caliber of service, and care. I feel i got a good deal, and wasn't manipulated into things that I didn't want or need. I left feeling comfortable with my purchase. I highly recommend Greenway KIA.

Tre was amazing! Straight forward and relaxed. He doesn't give you that typical car salesman feeling. He worked with me to get the car I wanted. I could have gone up to Wisconsin and bought the car there. But Tre saved me a trip! The rest of the staff was helpful and kind. I would highly recommend them as it was a great experience.

They have always done a good job. But this time I asked for tire rotation they said I didn’t need one. I don’t remember asking if I needed one I ask for a rotation. May have to find a different dealer next time.

I have always had good service when I come here. This time I’d had to have my KIA Soul towed in because of a flashing engine light malfunction. Fortunately, they were able to fix the issue quickly and had a faster turn around than originally told. As I live alone and had some up and coming medical appointments, getting my car back faster than anticipated me very happy.

I had a situation with my car and called and spoke with Josh and he was willing to help me resolve the situation. Josh and Mac provided excellent customer service and they had my car fixed in a timely manner. I was disappointed when I made the phone call because I really did not expect my situation to be resolved, but after speaking to Josh I felt better and when I got to the dealership he proved to be a man of his word. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
