Dealership was not good about getting back to me when the part was received to schedule a appointment, I had to call them the work was good and on time , I elected to get a oil change done with out asking what they charge that was 120 bucks , more than what I would pay for an oil change. MACK is very compassionate, loyal, great sense of humor I would never have anybody looking at my car except him. I have left the dealership because he wasn’t there. He made it much easier experience than I've ever had at other dealerships, which speaks volumes of their caliber of service, and care. Tre was amazing! Straight forward and relaxed. He doesn't give you that typical car salesman feeling. He worked with me to get the car I wanted. I could have gone up to Wisconsin and bought the car there. But Tre saved me a trip! The rest of the staff was helpful and kind. I would highly recommend them as it was a great experience.

I worked with Virgil, who was very polite and professional on the phone. But the original OTD he emailed me tried to hide the dealer mark up. The dealership, only gets 1 star. I have always had good service when I come here. This time I’d had to have my KIA Soul towed in because of a flashing engine light malfunction. Fortunately, they were able to fix the issue quickly and had a faster turn around than originally told. In error the bank sent $500 to much to them, that $500 was to purchase my Gap insurance through the bank, once the bank realized it they called rivegate kia to tell them an ask for the money back. After my visit to this establishment I can honestly say I felt like dog fecal matter on the bottom of their shoes. I have a 2018 Kia Soul! with 61,204 miles on it. They scam you with the diagnostic fee of $199. Charged me to “diagnose” a problem with my steering column when I am the one that told them the issue. Then double dipped and charged me another $199.00 for labor for the same function for a $4.00 part. I have been a 15 year Kua customer who has bought 2 new cars and a used car. I am selling my new 2022 Kua Sportage and will never do business with a Kia dealer again. Hope you enjoy your $199 charge. You have lost a customer.

Terrible experience. Barely did the minimum. I have repeatedly asked for basic things, like changing the windshield wipers (which I would gladly pay for) or looking at a warranty-covered repair. Nothing happens. They are friendly. But that's about it. If my car wasn't under warranty, I would never step foot in that place again.

Salesperson was nice but 45 minutes late for our scheduled appointment time. Finance was easy because it was mostly electronic however I found a $835 charge for “Lux care”that I wasn’t told about. I called the dealership to find out what it was and was told it was an exterior protectant and they add it to every car they sell. This lux care charge is not included in the price of the vehicle and should be optional and explained during the financing process.

Service manager Josh was great. It was my first service scheduled on my 2022. They had me in and out and even threw in a complimentary wash. Price was very fair.
